Parent Support Groups
Doylestown PA, Ambler PA, & Wayne PA
As parents, we get inundated with information and advice – what to do, what not to do, how to sleep train, how to raise successful kids – the list goes on and on! What’s usually missing in all of this is the ways we need support as parents. Parenting can be rewarding, challenging, and so many other things in between, but we often do not get the opportunity to feel supported, heard, and validated on this journey. If this has been your experience, this group will provide you the support you need to feel less alone by connecting with other parents, learning new skills, and managing all the stressors that can come with parenting.

Birth Trauma Support Group
Giving birth can be an amazing (and challenging!) experience. For some people, it can also be traumatic depending on the circumstances of the birth. We refer to this as “birth trauma”, which means that you struggled physically, psychologically, and/or emotionally during and after the birth process. This can make it difficult to function and also make it harder to bond with your child. It’s not a topic that’s always openly talked about, which can feel really isolating and lonely - and that only makes us feel worse! If this has been your experience, this group will provide the support you need to feel less alone, process your experience in a healthy way, and learn ways to cope with what happened.
