Offering Accessible Care through Telehealth

Over the past several years, studies have shown that online sessions and telehealth in Pennsylvania result in similar positive outcomes, as compared to in-person sessions (Snoswell et al., 2023). Through numerous transitions and hectic transformations, some of us may find ourselves feeling that therapy is much more accessible and realistic to schedule when we are able to utilize the flexibility that telehealth affords. Clients of ours that have started their work with us in high school often elect to continue their work via telehealth in Pennsylvania - if remaining in Pennsylvania or (in some cases, depending on your therapist) Florida!
