About Chelsea

I am a Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Counselor with several years of experience working with children, teens, tweens, and adults in the community, at school and in various outpatient settings. I completed my Masters in the Art of Counseling at Arcadia University and hold certificates in Trauma, Treatment and Recovery as well as child and family therapy. The foundation of my rapport building stems from person-centered and authentic approaches to support a collaborative approach to processing and overcoming adversity.

I have a passion for assisting clients and our team of clinicians, utilizing a team approach to case conceptualization. As Clinical Director, I empower our clinicians to provide individualized, specialized care to meet our clients' needs and goals for therapy. I prioritize creating a culture of safety, healing, and comfort for both clients and clinicians with whom I collaborate.

About Sue

Sue Devine has over 30 years working in the behavioral health field. She holds a license in professional counseling and is a certified advanced drug and alcohol counselor. She is also certified in DBT and has advanced training in mindfulness. She has held several leadership roles in behavioral health agencies as well as individually supervised many clinicians to obtain their licenses. She currently has a private practice in Chalfont along with her role at Ambler Counseling Center.

Sue approaches supervision with an empowering and validating approach to clinicians, both licensed and pre-licensed. With her years of experience in the field, she is able to provide insight and guidance to support clinicians when they are feeling stuck or seeking specific interventions to utilize with clients.

About Pamela

Pamela received her Masters in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2009 and became licensed as a professional counselor (LPC) in 2013. Pamela has spent the last 10 years supervising clinicians in various mental health settings and brings a wealth of experience as both a therapist and a supervisor in the areas of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and eating disorders. Pamela believes in the importance of creating a collaborative supervisory relationship.

In supervision, Pamela focuses on fostering growth in clinicians through not only increasing knowledge of theoretical perspectives and building solid case conceptualization skills, but also in the less visible areas of enhancing confidence, encouraging self reflection, and consistently working with clinicians to set goals for further growth. Pamela thoroughly believes that having a great clinician can be life changing for a client, and therefore, takes great pride in supporting clinicians to develop, grow, and thrive.
